Highlights:
- This morning in Literacy we did a review of digraphs we have learned. Digraphs are two letters that make one sound. Ask me what are some words that have the digraphs 'sh', 'ng', 'ch', and 'wh'.
- In Math, we practiced skip counting by 2's, 5's, and 10's. We also started counting by 3's. Ask me to show you what I remember! We also learned a new domino game today to practice place value.
- We worked on Read to Self and Read with Someone in our reading group block. Ask me what its means to build our reading stamina.
- In the afternoon, we learned about the medicine wheel and how it can represent different things. We talked about how each section can be for the mind, body, spirit, and heart. Ask me what are some ways I take care of my body and heart.
