Highlights:
- For Literacy, we started our new classroom novel, A Rover's Story. Ask me what I predict will happen in the story. We also learned about the prefix un-. Ask me what are some words that have this prefix.
- During Math, we did a show what you know for our addition and subtraction learning. Ask me how I felt about it.
- In Social Studies, we learned about the early settlers in Alberta. Ask me what are some reasons that settlers chose to come to Alberta. We also wrote about how we would feel if we had to emigrate like the early settlers.
- For Health, we talked about healthy eating and the categories in the Canada Food Guide. We then created a visual journal page showing the different things we eat sorted in the categories.
