- This morning in Literacy, we learned about the rules for vowel suffixes. The three rules were the doubling rule, the silent e rule, and the y to i rule.
- In Math, we worked on two digit subtraction with regrouping using the stacking strategy. Ask me to solve 82-49= using this strategy.
- For Reading Groups, we reviewed the cursive writing station and book exchange.
- Today in Science, we continued our learning on forces. We went on a tour around the school looking for different push/pull forces. Ask me what examples we found.
Reminders:
- Tomorrow will be Wednesday Winter Wear Day. Students are welcome to wear anything festive (sweaters, t-shirts, hats, socks, etc.)
