Highlights:
- This morning in Literacy, we talked about the importance of making connections when you read. You can make a text-to self, text-to-text, or text-to-world connection. We then read a story called Owen and wrote about a connection we made. Ask me what mine was.
- For Math, we used the stacking strategy to solve two and three digit equations. Ask me to solve 45+53= and 452+236=
- In Social Studies, we learned about what treaties are, their purpose, and the different treaties in Alberta. Ask me to tell you what treaties we have.
- Today in Health, we talked about different emotions. We wrote about what these emotions feel like and what we do to stay in control.
